Choose transport for the whole journey
Consider the return trip before deciding how to reach the park. Driving offers flexibility but means navigating parking; a taxi avoids that task but needs a clear pickup plan. Public transport can suit your budget when the service operates at the times you need. Compare the complete door-to-door journey rather than just the outbound fare.
If you are driving
Use the official directions and current parking information before departure. Parking categories and availability can differ, so check the zone you intend to use rather than assuming all parking has the same price or access rules. Record your zone and row when you arrive. Leave room in your timing for walking between your vehicle and the entrance.
If you prefer a taxi or bus
For a taxi, confirm the intended entrance and later pickup point with the driver. For public transport, check current routes and last departures through RTA before setting your return time. Avoid using a timetable copied from an earlier season. Save the route and important stops on your phone, with an alternative plan if the group leaves later than expected.
Entry-only tickets and transfer options
A park entry ticket does not automatically include a journey from your hotel. Tiqets may list entry products and separate transfer products; check the exact inclusions of the option you select. If transport is included, read the pickup area, address requirements and return arrangement. Book admission through our Tiqets link and treat transport as a separate cost unless explicitly included.
